This week we were very lucky to have a special visitor come in and show us some tricks to staying healthy and mindful. We practised some breathing techniques and different postures for staying calm. We also tried different yoga poses and used a sunging bowl to help us focus and be present in the moment.
Leo - The yoga was really fun and I liked doing the different poses.
Buster - I liked sticking my tongue out and breathing like a lion.
Betty - The singing bowl sounded like a bell.
