Year 6 Beatbox

Year 6 children took part in beatbox workshops on Monday which were run by 5th Element. They learned to do some beats and use sounds to create different rhythms. During their sessions, they all practised their own sounds before taking part in a beatbox battle.

"On Monday a person from the Beatbox Collective called Rupert showed us different techniques to perfect our beats which we made" Leo

"I thoroughly enjoyed the beatboxing. It was very interesting to hear all the sounds Rupert could make. I loved playing the game pass the sound" Ellie

"The beatboxing workshop on Monday was amazing. It fascinated me how all the sounds were coming from one mouth. We learnt different sounds and even had a beat boxing battle. Overall it was epic!"
