Anxiety Workshop

We have a clinical hypnotherapist coming in to school to deliver a workshop for parents/carers who feel they would benefit from learning more about anxiety in children and how best to support them.

The aim of the workshop is to provide parents/carers with simple, yet effective, techniques that they can use with their children when feeling anxious and in the height of an anxiety attack.

Information sheets to back up everything discussed will also be provided.

This workshop will be taking place on Thursday 25th January 2018 at 1.00 - 3.00pm in school. There are limited places available for this event so will be offered on a first come first served basis. To book a place, please see Mrs Barker in the school office as soon as possible.
